Visitors returning to Flagstaff Hill
As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, the Club has eased restrictions around the course where appropriate.
As such, golf will once again be open to visitors under specific circumstances.
Visitors can play:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday - all Visitors welcome with Bookings Essential
- Tuesday and Wednesday - available* to Reciprocal and Club Advantage Visitors
- Saturdays** - Members Only
**Reciprocal and Club Advantage can access with General Manager Approval.
Note that a condition of play, is to respect and comply with the Club's COVID-19 restrictions.
As these are changing rapidly, the Pro Shop staff will provide specific details and conditions.
Score-cards may be marked by the player and do not have to be signed by the Marker, but players marking their own cards should record their markers scores on the right and verify hole by hole strokes taken with their marker. Players must sign the card. Cards may be exchanged if preferred. Score cards are to be placed in the designated box outside the Pro Shop.
Bunker rakes are back in the bunkers - please use them!

The Flagstaff Hill Golf Club warmly welcomes all visitors to enjoy our course. At Flagstaff Hill Golf Club, we pride ourselves on being fantastic hosts to golfers of all abilities. Please come and share our club, we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do.

We would also love the opportunity to discuss group bookings, social clubs and corporate events. We would be delighted to host events including golf, catering and function packages. Whether it be for a staff seminar or an event for clients, there is nothing like a social game of golf followed by presentations and a great meal in our restaurant.
Members and Visitors are asked to please dress appropriately when playing on our course.
Golf Shoes, without metal spikes, are perfect for Course and Practice areas. Sneakers may also be worn. Collared shirts tucked into trousers or shorts with a belt are recommended.
The below are not permitted on the course so please plan ahead:
- T-Shirts, singlets, tank tops or strapless tops
- Sports, gym, boxer or stubby style shorts with elastic waistbands
- Jeans including Denim and tracksuits
Our Pro Shop can assist with clothing enquiries and offer a range of affordable golf appropriate clothing for purchase. The last thing we want is for you to miss out on playing our course.
No glass bottles are permitted on the course and only alcohol purchased from the club may be consumed on the course.
