Application for Membership
By completing and submitting this form, we will add you as a membership applicant, and our office staff will respond to you with an invoice, or a request for other details. Once payment arrangements have been confirmed and payment received, you will become a member of the Flagstaff Hill Golf Club. We will send you more information to the email address you supply, and you will be able to collect a membership pack from the Pro Shop, and then play golf in accordance with your chosen membership type.
As a member you have playing rights in accordance with the membership package you choose, access to on-line tee bookings, and will obtain all member privileges such as inclusion in the Friday Night Member Draw, and bonuses when topping up your wallet account.
When you submit this form, an email containing the information you have completed will be sent to our Membership coordinator, who will respond with further information about payment details and other information.
